Our brief was to help Specsavers improve their products and services by establishing a set of digital design standards that would ultimately enhance every customer journey.
We created the Specsavers Digital Design Standards, which now underpin the way their UX and design teams work. These standards guide how Specsavers’ digital services look, behave and are delivered across eight global markets.
The standards continue to evolve, providing clear and consistent guidance for design, user experience and brand expression across all digital services.
